j. Snodgrass got involved in youth and community theater in his early teens, and began writing, directing and producing his own plays at the age of seventeen. Since then his plays have been performed at the community, college, and professional level, including nine plays produced Off- and Off-Off-Broadway. His goal has always been to write plays for community production, and the Mystery Dinner format has been an ideal way to achieve that. He is also a published journalist and lyricist, and teaches Biblical History courses at local churches. He holds a Master's Degree from Union Theological Seminary in New York, and studied Playwriting at Sarah Lawrence College. He currently resides in Western North Carolina with his wife and two children. |
